PROFILE:

Mr. Owens is a proactive and detail-oriented individual who brings over 40 years of construction experience to the group. He is dedicated to deliver top quality results on time and on budget.

Following his tenure at University of Toronto, He started a Contracting company specializing in home renovations. As the business developed, opportunities to expand into the ICI field became available.

Mr. Owens purchased Bonaroy Construction and created Millennium Quality Contracting Inc. making inroads into Health care / Institutional construction. He has performed work at North York General Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Belleville General and Sick Kids among others. He has extensive experience working with challenging situations, critical timelines and scheduling. Having many years as an Entrepreneur, Mr. Owens became part of the SNRG team and shares his Drive and Enthusiasm

Now part of the SYNRG team he assumes the role as Senior Project Manager / Business Development

ICI Building Experience – Health Care / Seniors’ Living

North York General Hospital (Including Branson Hospital)

  • Renovation of NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) Renovation of active NICU unit with it’s tight scheduling sequence and unique challenges
  • Renovation of Child Diabetes Unit (Branson Site) Design/Build renovation of active Child Treatment facility
  • Judy Dan Research and Treatment Centre (Branson Site) Design/Build construction of new wound care clinic.
  • Renovation of Human Resources offices (Human resource centre)
  • Renovation of psychiatric offices (Branson Site)
  • Total Renovation of Outside Grounds / recovery area / Feature Pond/Gardens
  • Numerous on-going renovations throughout Hospital under direction of Director of planning

Seniors’ Health Centre – North York
