Design costs, permitting, land acquisition, and life-cycle costs may also be evaluated. We will negotiate for project construction services.

We use specialized, project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of your project, from its beginning to its end. This will ensure that the project’s time, cost and quality are controlled.

This approach relies on a single point of responsibility to minimize risks for the project owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. We provide a single point of responsibility in an attempt to reduce risks and overall costs of the project.

We will assess the project-specific documents and in the case of renovations, will visit the site to get a better understanding of the project. We will provide a fixed price proposal or bid.  We provide all of the material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of the project. We are responsible for the quality of all work and our number one priority is safety on the job-site.
