Mr. Frattaroli has over 15 years of residential & ICI experience in the construction industry. His dedication to his work is demonstrated by his commitment to managing & operating a family business began by his father.
Mr. Frattaroli’s strategic Construction Site Supervisor initiatives allowed hi to demonstrate success assessing project scope and adhering to deadlines. Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and well-versed in team leadership allows Mr. Frattaroli delegate work to drive project progress and foster client satisfaction.
Mr. Frattaroli is knowledgeable in municipal development and submissions. Competent in team, budget, and schedule oversight develop scopes, checks field activities and updates clients.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
Currently providing site supervision for the following project:
- Marriott Towneplace (Vaughan, Ontario) – 120 Guestroom Hotel & Convention Center – Cast in place concrete foundations, cast in place concrete & concrete block load bearing core & shear walls w/ precast hollowcore slab structure, Panelized EFIS acrylic / porcelain / ACM building envelope, aluminum windows, and upgraded hotel & convention center finishes. Amenity areas include Lounge, Business Center, Meeting Rooms, Main Bar, Pool, and Exercise Facilities.
Provided Project manager & site supervisory services to complete the following projects:
- St Andre Bessette Catholic Church, (Vaughan, Ontario)
- DMTG Project Management (Toronto, Ontario)
- Custom Homes, (Vaughan / Richmond Hill / Toronto, Ontario)
