SEAN CIPOLLONE – Project Manager
PROFILE:
Mr. Cipollone is a proactive and detail-oriented individual who brings over 20 years of construction experience to the group. He is dedicated to deliver top quality results on time and on budget.
Following his tenure at George Brown College, Sean filled a construction site supervisor role for 9 years at Kaneidan Contracting Ltd. Sean’s site experience allowed him to move into project managers roles with Eastern Construction, Anacond Construction & Compass Construction. Sean career evolved to a higher-level managing RFQ, CCDC contracts, RFI & SI, improvement of work processes & procedures.
Now part of the SYNRG team Sean assumes the role as Project Manager and shares his Drive and Enthusiasm.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
Currently providing estimating / construction management services for the following project:
- Innisfil Rental Apartments (Innisfil, Ontario) – 101 Rental Apartments Cast in place concrete foundations, Load Bearing Concrete Cast in place & concrete block shear & core walls w/ precast hollowcore slab structure, EFIS acrylic / ACM building envelope, aluminum windows, and upgraded apartment interior finishes. Amenity areas include Lounge, Party / Gathering Room w/ kitchen, and Exercise Facilities
