WAYNE JARRETT – Site Superintendent
PROFILE:
Mr. Jarrett is a driven progressive, professional, successful and dedicated company team member who will be accountable for business quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. His management and team building skills creates an environment of highly motivated staff and workers.
Mr. Jarrett has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His dedication to his work and motivation has taken him to places such as New Zealand & Alberta Canada to manage various construction projects and sites.
In 1981, two years from graduating as a Canadian Armed Forces 3rd Class Marine Engineer, Mr. Jarrett, took on managerial roles in New Zealand honing his skills that eventually led him to becoming a construction company owner / operator. His business thrived for approximately 17 years.
Mr. Jarrett has gained extensive valuable, hands-on experience in all facets of ICI / residential construction and manufacturing.
His wide range of expertise and many years of experience was what attracted the attention of SYNRG and in November 2014, Mr. Jarrett became part of our growing team as site superintendent.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
Currently providing site supervision for the following project:
- Innisfil Rental Apartments & Retail Space (Innisfil, Ontario) – 101 Rental Apartments – Cast in place concrete foundations, cast in place concrete & concrete block load bearing core & shear walls w/ precast hollowcore slab structure, EFIS acrylic / ACM building envelope, aluminum windows, and upgraded rental apartment energy savings initiatives & finishes. Amenity areas include Party / Gathering Area and Exercise Facilities.
Provided site supervisory services to complete the following projects:
- Tapestry by Hilton (Mississauga, Ontario) – 125 Guestroom Hotel – Currently managing Cast in place concrete foundations, Cast In-Place Concrete Core Walls, Load Bearing CFS core walls w/ precast hollowcore slab structure, Panelized EFIS acrylic / stone veneer building envelope, aluminum windows, and upgraded hotel interior finishes. Amenity areas include Lounge, Business Center, Meeting Rooms, Main Bar, Pool, and Exercise Facilities
- Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites (Orillia, Ontario) – 92 Guestroom Hotel – Currently managing Cast in place concrete foundations, Load Bearing Concrete Block shear & core walls w/ precast hollowcore slab structure, EFIS acrylic / stone veneer building envelope, aluminum windows, and upgraded hotel interior finishes. Amenity areas include Lounge, Business Center, Meeting Rooms, Main Bar, Pool and Exercise Facilities
- Hilton Garden Inn / Home2 by Hilton (Brampton, Ontario) – 220 Guestroom Hotel – Cast in place concrete foundations & structural slab, Load Bearing CFS (Cold Formed Steel) / concrete block shear walls w/ precast hollowcore slab structure, EFIS panel / stone veneer building envelope, aluminum windows, and upgraded hotel interior finishes. Amenity areas include Lounge, Business Center, Meeting Rooms, Main Bar, Pool and Exercise Facilities
- Marriott Courtyard & Conference Center (Mississauga, Ontario) – 125 Guestroom Hotel w/ 5,000 SF Conference Center & commercial kitchen, 14,800 SF U/G parking, 122 spaces precast parking structure, cast in place concrete foundations & structural slab, concrete block shear walls w/ precast hollowcore slab structure, EFIS panel / stone veneer building envelope, aluminum windows, and upgraded hotel interior finishes. Amenity areas include lounge, business center, S-Bar, two-storey pool & hot tub area and exercise
